The artist was born on November 26 1996 at Santa Monica California in the United States of America. She is the daughter of her dad Vincenzo and mother Valerie Barba. The family moved from Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was just six years old. She completed her high school education within New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. She was a graduate of Catholic University in New Jersey with a bachelor's degree. As well, she played the violin from the age of 4, and was also known by the name of Violin Lady. The name she was given by her nickname due to her performance. She was a violin teacher for children from the neighborhood. At the age of 19, she appeared on Free 1976 on American Idol in the 6th season. She was subsequently eliminated reaching 16th position in the competition.
